gensim with error of GPU memory access

I am practicing natural language processing with gensim word2vec Before training the language model, I follow the instructions as below

I use process_wiki.py trying to pre-process the text data downloaded from Wiki. However, I encountered an error message as below (To find out what is wrong, I add some print in the code)
