ios: On text field getting focus, on mobile devices keypad comes up and scroll position changes

On iPhone, we have text field for user to enter number. When user clicks on text field to type, numpad comes automatically.

Issue: when numpad comes, the scroll position changes.

We don't want scroll position to move unnecessarily on keypad coming.

This does not occur in android. Occurs in iPhone, Chrome and iOS.
