Switching between python/jython implementations from dos

So I just downloaded jython2.7 and I already have python2.7 (managed with anaconda) as my primary interpreter. My IDE's are totally fine switching between them, but I want to be able to run pip from the cli for different implementations without having to change my path variable by hand every time.

I'm wondering if it's possible to make a virtualenv which contains jython, or if there is some other way to switch easily between them from inside a terminal.
